Different between Apple and Android
From what I know...
There are few difference between them
Some people like Apple
Some people like Android
Doesn't matter which one you support
Just don't bombard XD

To compare everything... Android looks good
Stability is not better than Apple, but can find cheap mobile which is using Android.
