First, to share you files, you can try use dropbox to upload your files to your account and login dropbox in your mobile to download.
Or you can also use this website to upload or share to others for them to download as zip which I want to introduce here.
I found this website days ago and found it has the faster way to upload your files by dragging your files into the webpage. Files upload speed is quite faster than dropbox. Any file type can be upload to the site and set it on private or public. Once it is set, public files will be able to read and download with just the link to your account, e.g. http://min.us/james2kk.
You allow to view your own profile and share files to others with your mobile phone with or without the application install. The only thing you need is internet access from your mobile phone.

Please go to each of the website to see their different. I found minus is better than dropbox but not in filename. Files & folders can be edited later from the webpage.
Max 50MB each file is allow to upload through Minus but there are unlimited space and free for you to upload.
Dropbox only free 2GB of space but no limit on each file.
